Rajeev has spent 30 years selling flagship brands in FMCG Industry to millions of consumers around the world.
A global CPG leader with deep experience in the emerging markets of India, South East Asia, Egypt, and Russia — he has a strong track record of execution excellence and unique cultural insight and experience. In his role as Executive Director and General Manager (CEO) at SC Johnson (the makers of Raid, Allout, Glade, Duck, Mr. Muscle and Ziploc), he led business operations for Russia and CIS, Indochina, India and most recently, Indonesia. Prior to SC Johnson, Rajeev worked for The Gillette Company, in sales and marketing leadership roles across India, South Asia and Egypt.
Rajeev’s interests encompass general management, category and brand management, and sales and channel management, including acquisitions and their integration — with a strong emphasis on driving penetration to grow market share profitably.
Rajeev’s current focus is on developing Omni-channel and route-to-market strategy, media and media- to-shelf planning and execution, customer thought leadership, net revenue management and digital and e-commerce strategies.
Rajeev is also keenly interested in the social enterprise space and has served as a Director on board United Way of Russia between 2011-2016 and he recently participated in the 3rd Global Base of the Pyramid (BOP) summit held in Delhi.
